Some items with the lids have been described that the lids are fastened to the base. This was done with some sort of putty that looks similar to what teachers used to use to fasten papers to the wall. Over the years it has hardened, and we didn't try to remove the lids for fear of damaging them. We think that with heat or water, it could probably be softened.

Preview: Monday January 3^rd 9am – 4:30pm

Pick-up: Friday, January 7th 9am - 5pm and Saturday January 8th 9am - Noon at our Bainbridge Auction Facility.

Payment may be made by Cash, Check, Visa, M/C, Amex or Discover. There is a 12% buyer premium. A 3% surcharge will be added to all invoices paying by credit or debit card.

Payment and pickup is on the specified date and times. Anyone who does not observe the payment and pickup times will immediately have their credit card billed at 12% Buyer Premium plus the surcharge. Any items not picked up within 30 days after any auction will be considered abandoned property and be resold without any compensation. Please pick-up and pay for your purchases. We realize that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances and a simple phone call to our office may avoid these harsh terms. Grossly negligent offenders however, will be banned from all our future auctions.

Shipping:  Clarification: We will ship smaller items at the cost of shipping and insurance through UPS and USPS plus a $25.00/per hour charge for the time of our employees to pack and process an order. We don't try to make a profit on shipping, but we don't want it to be an expense either.  If you would like us to ship an item, you need to understand that we do not get the discounted rates the big online retailers do. Shipping can be expensive, as some items are bigger and heavier than they appear in the photos.  We make a diligent effort to pack items in a responsible manner, but it is unreal what these shipping companies can break. We will not be liable for shipping damage. We will only ship without insurance unless we receive written notification that you would like to opt out to save the expense. Additionally, fragile items may require double boxing which will add to the size of the package.

Pickup for this auction is Friday, January 7th 9am - 5pm and Saturday January 8th 9am - Noon at our Bainbridge Auction Facility.

Labor and equipment will be on hand to assist with loading during the scheduled pickup dates.
