Topsoil For Sale: Bainbridge, NY & Sidney, NY

Over the past few years, we have been developing our property by building yards for inventory and parking lots. In doing so, we have stripped and stockpiled a large amount of high-quality topsoil that we are now screening and offering for sale.

Our topsoil is sourced from River Valley, featuring an organic/sand mix that allows excellent drainage without excessive water retention. Having used this material on our own projects, we were extremely pleased with how well it spread without clumping and how quickly it grew healthy grass.

We offer three different options for purchasing this material:

  1. Bagged, ¾ Minus - $50 per Bag

    • Comes in a 3’x3’x3’ bag with lifting straps.
    • Weighs approximately 2,500 to 3,000 lbs depending on moisture.
    • A clean, easy way to handle; can be loaded into a pickup bed or flat trailer. When you get to the project area, you can lift and take the dirt right to the project spot without the waste associated with a dump spot.
    • Pickup location: Our Auction Facility in Sidney, NY.

  2. Bulk, ¾ Minus - $40 per yard

    • Minimum purchase of 9 yards per pickup (we will not load 3 yards across three trips; the 9 yards must be loaded in one trip).
    • Can load in 3-yard increments after the 9-yard minimum.
    • Each 3-yard bucket weighs approximately 7,500 to 9,000 lbs depending on moisture.

  3. Bulk, 1 ½" Minus - $35 per yard

    • Minimum purchase of 9 yards per pickup (we will not load 3 yards across three trips; the 9 yards must be loaded in one trip).
    • Can load in 3-yard increments after the 9-yard minimum.
    • Each 3-yard bucket weighs approximately 7,500 to 9,000 lbs depending on moisture.
    • A cost-effective way to cover a large area.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to deliver. We will be loading the material within 3-yard increments since that is the size of our wheel loader bucket. We require a minimum of 9 yards per pickup.

Since selling topsoil is not our normal course of business, we do not have someone designated to load at random times as trucks arrive. Please call in advance to make an appointment and reduce wait time, so we can be ready to load you. Please ensure your vehicle can carry the load of topsoil you have requested in one trip, we unfortunately cannot accommodate multiple trips.
