SN: 9199 ~ 4" Barrel. 2 Magazines. Consignor said his father brought this back from overseas following WWII. He has never tried to shoot it. In overall good condition, but it seems to me that the bolt doesn't snap down and hold in place the way it should, like it may have a weak spring.  You can push the barrel back and the bolt will unlock.  Semi-auto Pistol

There are lots of new regulations in the great state of New York. Now the NYS Police are the point of contact for NICS checks. We have always run the NICS check for free, but now NYS is charging $9 for firearms and $2.50 for ammunition checks (That’s per check, not per individual item. Firearms & ammo checks are billed seperately).

All buyers that are not FFLs (Federal Firearms Licensees) must pass a NICS background check prior to receiving any firearms (black powder handguns must now be put on a pistol permit).  FFLs will need to provide us with a copy of their license(s) dated for the date of pick-up as well as their state license if buying handguns (when applicable).

Non-FFL handgun purchasers must have a coupon from their county as well as their permit to pick up pistols and revolvers. Any handguns purchased by residents other than New York must be transferred to an FFL in the purchaser's state.

Any firearm or accessory marked "Not NYS Compliant" cannot be transferred to a New York citizen unless they are an FFL or Law Enforcement.

Semi-Automatic Rifles: Any New York buyer purchasing any model of semi-automatic rifle must now have a permit issued by their county. For pistol permit holders in most of our neighboring counties, this is an addendum or new title on your pistol permit which you must have prior to us giving you the rifle. Anyone without a handgun license must apply from scratch.

Ammunition Sales: New York State now requires a background check on ammunition (not reloading items). Fee per invoice is $2.50

See the "Removal" tab for information on fees & procedures for shipping firearms & ammunition.

Our Online Auctions are for Responsible Adults Only. Please do not bid on any firearm unless you can pass the NICS background check. You will be required to pay for your purchases, even if you do not pass the NICS check. Do not bid on handguns unless you have a pistol permit. If you are buying from out of state, please have an FFL lined up to receive your purchases. If you are picking up from out of state, the laws of your state apply to purchasing here (handguns cannot be transferred across state lines except to an FFL).  Please take the time to read the terms of the Auction, as well as the payment & pickup dates. Bidders who do not pick-up or make arrangements for shipping will be banned from participating in all future auctions (live and online).

Be Aware that since NYS took over the background checks, we are experiencing about 10x as many delays as we did under the FBI NICS. Many of our counterparts are experiencing the same. Don’t be shocked if you need to make 2 trips, and don’t take it out on our help - they are not the NY politicians.

Be sure to come to our BAINBRIDGE location. Many GPSs are automatically bringing up our Sidney location and taking people there. Make sure you come to 151-153 County Hwy 38 in Bainbridge to the white buildings.

Pickup for this auction is Friday February 23rd, Monday February 26th - 8:30am-4:30pm both days. Also Saturday February 24th 8:30am-Noon for those that cannot come during the week. If you have purchased a firearm or ammunition that requires a NICS check, we ask that you try make an appointment online at https://lambrechtauction.simplybook.me/v2/ to minimize your wait time. If the appointment calendar fills up, we will extend pickup. Be sure to select the Firearms Auction when scheduling your appointment (not one of the building material auctions). Anyone picking up after the scheduled pick-up dates, must schedule an appointment. Don’t count on someone automatically being here that can process firearms after the scheduled pick-up dates. If you do, you will probably waste a trip.

Any handgun purchasers that cannot get a coupon in the limited time before the scheduled pick-up, can make an individual appointment for the near future.

All Firearms: Please bring positive identification (in most cases a driver license) with a physical address (not a PO Box) for the NICS check. If you are picking up from out of state, the laws of your state apply to purchasing here.

Handguns:  NYS residents: You may use the invoice that is immediately available to you on your online bidding account to obtain your handgun coupons from your pistol clerk prior to coming if you wish. If you are unable to get a coupon before the pick-up dates, you may come pay for your purchases and we will run your NICS check. The handgun can then be picked up by appointment once you have obtained your coupon. The NICS check is good for 30 days. Out-of-state handgun purchasers must have their purchases shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) in their state.

Non-NYS Compliant Rifles & Shotguns: Cannot be picked up in Bainbridge except by an FFL or law enforcement. Non-compliant firearms must be shipped to an FFL in your state.

Shipping: We cannot ship powder or primers – anywhere.

All firearms must be shipped to an FFL. All firearms will be shipped Priority Mail or UPS with insurance for the total amount of the invoice. If you do not wish to pay for insurance or are self-insured, please email us prior to shipping and let us know of your wishes. We make a diligent effort to pack items in a responsible manner, but it is unreal what these shipping companies can break. We will not be liable for shipping damage. Buyers will be charged the actual cost of shipping & insurance plus a $20/gun box and handling charge. If you need a firearm shipped, please send us your information along with a corresponding Federal Firearms License copy of the licensee that will receive it.

Nothing will be shipped until after the live pickup ends. Shipping takes us some time, so be patient.
