Long time customers John & Vicky Hills have asked us to help clear out their building before they head for Florida this fall.
Our Online Auctions are for adults only. Please don't bid if you can't pickup on the scheduled dates.
Payment may be made by Cash, Check, Visa, M/C, Amex or Discover. There is a 12% buyer premium. A 3% surcharge will be added to all invoices paying by credit or debit card.
Payment and pickup is on Friday August 30th from 2pm – 6pm at 124 Hitching Post Lane, Mt Upton, NY (Route 8, just north of Rockdale).
Anyone who does not observe the payment and pickup times will immediately have their credit card billed. Additionally, if the auction is at a location other than our Bainbridge Facility, items won will be moved (at our discretion) and charges commensurate with time and labor for our staff to move the item(s) to Bainbridge will be added to the credit card. These fees are listed below. Any invoiced item over $50 and not picked up within 30 days after any auction will be resold at 30% commission. Any invoiced items less than $50 will be considered abandoned property and will be resold without any compensation. We will not be liable for any damage to merchandise that is left past the scheduled pick-up date(s). Please pick-up and pay for your purchases. We realize that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances and a simple phone call to our office may avoid these harsh terms. Grossly negligent offenders, however, will be banned from all our future auctions.
Fees for moving items to Bainbridge:
Small Lot requiring one person: $10.00
Lot requiring the labor of two people: $25.00
Lot requiring a forklift: $100.00 plus $2.00 per mile.

Shipping: Generally, we are in the auction business, not the shipping business. Our auctions are designed for customer pick-up. If you would like us to ship an item, you need to understand that we don’t get the high-volume rates the big online retailers do. Shipping can be expensive, as some items are bigger and heavier than they appear in the photos. Also, appropriate handling charges will apply. Please inquire on shipping BEFORE you purchase. In addition, the buyer must provide us with a shipping label after obtaining the necessary information from our office. We strongly recommend insurance. We make a diligent effort to pack items in a responsible manner, but it is unreal what these shipping companies can break. We will not be liable for shipping damage.
