Glu-Lam Beams: A large variation of glu-lam beams ranging in widths of 3.5” - 8”, some as deep as 18”. Lengths vary from 8 feet to 48’ long. Some are pressure treated.
LVLs & LSLs: laminated veneer lumber and laminated strand lumber in 2” thickness in a variety of depths and lengths up to 48’
TJIs: Again, a variety of engineered joists in a variety of widths, depths, and lengths with different sizes and types of webs & flanges. There are several nice units of 48’ with fire treated webs.
Also: Some units of weathered lumber, steel from a demolition project, and used pallets.
Payment may be made by Cash, Check, Visa, M/C, Amex or Discover. There is a 12% buyer premium with a 3% surcharge if paying by credit or debit card.

Payment and pickup is on the specified date and times. Anyone who does not observe the payment and pickup times will immediately have their credit card billed. Any items not picked up within 30 days after any auction will be considered abandoned property and be resold without any compensation. Please pick-up and pay for your purchases. We realize that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances and a simple phone call to our office may avoid these harsh terms. Grossly negligent offenders however, will be banned from all our future auctions.

Pickup for this auction is Wednesday September 22nd through Friday September 24th at our Bainbridge Auction Facility 9:00am – 3:30pm all days. Because of the difficulty in handling this merchandise, a pick-up appointment is mandatory. Be sure to select the Glu-Lam, LVL auction. We may add more days if the calendar fills up.
Labor and equipment will be on hand to assist with loading during the scheduled pickup dates. If you want anything cut, bring your own saw (fire rated TJIs dull them in a hurry). Allow some time as these units can be hard to handle. Also, please try to have the proper equipment for trucking the lengths. This type of material is deceptively bulky and heavy. Loading beams can take a long time, plan for that . We have had many problems with buyers continuously shown up with nowhere near enough truck to handle their loads. Some of the 48’ units we have to pick with a wheel loader – our forklifts won’t pick them. NO BOX TRUCKS! They are extremely difficult to load. For those who don’t listen to this request, understand we will not make customers with the proper trailers wait while spend hours on a box truck. If you arrive with a box truck you will be prioritized second to those with proper trailers.
