The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager who not only shares our values but is excited to lead our growing support department. This is a critical leadership role for someone who can think strategically, drive operational improvements, and foster strong teamwork across all departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize our support department, including Accounting, Marketing, Hiring & Recruiting, Project Development, Property & Equipment Maintenance, Supplies, IT, Asset Management, and other operational support functions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and drive growth across all support functions
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
  • Manage complex, multi-faceted projects, ensuring timely completion and maximizing ROI
  • Analyze departmental performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with management and executives to align support functions with company goals and expansion strategies
  • Drive innovation in processes and systems to support our rapidly expanding operations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies while optimizing operational efficiency

  • Proficient in managing the creation of necessary reporting: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually
