The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales President who not only shares our values but is driven to lead our growing sales and business development efforts. This is a critical leadership role for someone who can think strategically, act decisively, and build strong relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in existing and new markets.
  • Oversee and optimize support functions, including Accounting, Marketing, Hiring, Recruiting, and IT, to ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Lead and inspire the sales and support teams, creating a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Manage complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyze sales performance and use data to identify growth opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure sales strategy aligns with company goals and expansion efforts.
  • Innovate processes and systems to improve sales operations and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations while optimizing the sales process.

Pay: $31,200.00 - $150,000.00 per year
